Fable 5.1 worked for 1m 5s

Inspected the working tree. It's one large uncommitted change (~875 LOC + 6 new files) that mixes two features.

What's in the tree

Inbox Ask (primary — matches docs/inbox-ask.md)
Temporary side-panel chat for an inbox item; reuses normal SessionPane / composer / agent runtime.
New: inboxAsk.ts, InboxDiscussionPanel, SessionSurface (portal so draft/attachments survive close/switch), DiscussionEmpty.
Wired in App.tsx + InboxView (“Ask” button).
